Our artisan breads are crafted using time-honored traditions, organic starter, and a slow, patient process. This allows them to develop the hallmark crispy crust and soft, chewy interior for which they are known. We are proud to make over 100 varieties and flavors, including baguettes, loaves, rolls and Take & Bake.

  • Sourdough Baguettes

    Baguettes & Batards

    Pointed tips, crispy golden crust, and a tender interior comprise our baguettes and batards. They are ideal for tearing apart and enjoying with butter and cheese, or baked and used as crostini or bruschetta.

    Crafted using our proprietary starter, each of our loaves follows the artisan tradition of slow proofing, low stress lines, and hearth-baked ovens, resulting in crispy, crunchy crust and a soft interior.

    The Take & Bake line means hot, hearth-baked bread, fresh from the oven within minutes. Take & Bake breads are packaged so they are easy to thaw, making them perfect for spur-of-the-moment dinner plans. The best part, aside from the wonderful taste? Each bread has detailed “how to bake” instructions to ensure that even the most beginner chef can make hot, delicious bread.
